New York, NY – June 25, 2024 – NMS Capital (“NMS”) portfolio company VONA Case Management (“VONA”) announced today that it has partnered with SkyView CCM Rehabilitation Consulting (“SkyView” or the “Company”) in a recapitalization of the Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan, SkyView is a provider of nurse case management, vocational case management, and accessibility coordination services across the state of Michigan focused on auto and workers’ compensation injuries. Founder and President Julie Betzler started the Company after identifying a need in the broader Michigan market, bringing previous experience as a nurse case manager in establishing a high touch service offering to injured individuals and their families, medical providers, attorneys, insurers, employers, and TPAs. SkyView has an outstanding staff of case managers that serve clients and patients throughout the state.
