New York, NY, January 11, 2022 – NMS Capital (“NMS”) announced today the promotion of Daniel Schwartz to Managing Director and Jake Kinsley to Vice President. In addition, Mr. Schwartz has also joined the firm’s Investment Committee.
Mr. Schwartz initially joined NMS in May 2021 as a Principal and brings with him more than a decade of private equity experience in the Business Services arena. Prior to NMS, Mr. Schwartz spent 8 years at CIP Capital where he focused on middle market private equity investments, and also worked at Halyard Capital and Bear Stearns earlier in his career. Today he is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment activities including sourcing, execution, and monitoring of portfolio companies, and is currently pursuing investment themes across the business services landscape, with proactive initiatives in the Environmental Services and Human Capital markets, among others.
Mr. Kinsley joined NMS as an Associate in 2018. He was elevated to Senior Associate in 2020, and currently works with NMS portfolio companies Omni, Cordental, DCM Services and Treeways. Prior to NMS, he worked at investment banking firm Croft & Bender in Atlanta.
