New York, NY, November 15, 2024 – NMS Capital (“NMS”), a leading private equity firm focused on investments within Business Services and Healthcare Services, today announced that it has partnered with Company management in the recapitalization of CSL Consulting, LLC (“CSL” or the “Company”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, CSL provides Owner’s Representative, Project Management and Construction Mitigation services, ensuring the successful execution of strategic capital initiatives from concept planning and design to budgeting, construction oversight and project closeout for clients across multiple end-markets, including: higher education, private K-12, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, development, infrastructure, nonprofit and life sciences end-markets, among others.
NMS’ investment in CSL originated from an investment initiative focused on the Engineering Services industry in partnership with NMS Operating Executive Brian Kirkpatrick. Brian is a highly accomplished executive in the industry, most recently serving as President of Universal Engineering Sciences, a Top 50 ENR 500 private equity-backed engineering and consulting firm. Through its partnership with CSL, NMS has made a substantial capital commitment to support CSL’s growth both organically and through acquisitions of complementary companies.
