Founded by Dr. Cary Copeland, who will be retiring from the practice, Foot and Ankle Specialists has locations in Cincinnati, Blue Ash, and Franklin, and serves patients from the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana tri-state area. The practice offers treatment and care options for patients experiencing foot injuries, arch pain, sports injuries, bunions and other common podiatric ailments, along with foot and ankle surgeries. It also provides pediatric foot care services to treat flat feet, in- toeing, out-toeing and more, as well as treatment options geared toward geriatric and diabetic patients.
The physicians at Foot and Ankle Specialists are committed to providing comprehensive foot care, and remain at the cutting edge of treatment of foot and ankle disorders and injuries. Dr. Dominic Rizzo, who joined the practice in 2002, is a Board-Certified foot surgeon and works with podiatric surgical residents in the Mercy Hospital and TriHealth Hospital systems. Dr. Renee Ash is a Board-Certified surgeon who joined the practice in 2006 and teaches in The Jewish Hospital- Mercy Health Podiatric Medical/Surgical residency program. Dr. Todd C. Loftus is the immediate past president of the Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Association and specializes in diabetic wound prevention, fall prevention and sports injury treatment. In addition to providing care at Foot and Ankle Specialists, he also works with patients at The Jewish Hospital- Mercy Health. Dr. Mark Elliott Petre is a Board-Certified foot surgeon who joined the practice in 2013 and is a faculty member working with residents at Jewish Hospital and in the TriHealth Hospital system. Dr. Elizabeth Brown is a Board- Qualified physician specializing in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.
