New York, NY, May 20, 2021 – NMS Capital (“NMS”) is pleased to announce today that Daniel Schwartz has joined the firm as a Principal within the Business Services team. Daniel brings more than a decade of private equity experience to NMS, primarily in the Business Services landscape. He will be principally responsible for developing investment themes, deal sourcing, investment due diligence, transaction execution, and working closely with portfolio company management teams. Daniel’s previous private equity experience includes CIP Capital and Halyard Capital. He started his career as an investment banker at Bear Stearns where he worked on M&A transactions as well as debt and equity financings across the technology, media and communications sectors. Daniel received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
