April 7, 2022

Alameda, California, April 7, 2022/PRNewswire – The Center for Social Dynamics (“CSD”), a leading provider of services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, is announcing today that it has expanded its leadership team and named Kelly Bozarth as its new Chief Executive Officer. Kelly succeeds Pete Pallares, who founded CSD and remains active in the organization as executive chairman.

Bozarth, with more than 25 years of experience in multi-site, premium consumer service companies within higher education, alternative education, and hospitality, brings leadership and operating experience from organizations like The Walt Disney Company, Futures in Education, and Deloitte to CSD’s growing organization. Bozarth’s previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of both national and regional educational organizations and multiple executive roles at Disney. Bozarth also serves on the Board of Heart of America, which transforms learning spaces in underserved communities.

“Kelly brings extensive experience in developing diverse, high-performing teams in mission-orientated organizations,” says Pallares. “Her track record of success and her values-based, people-centric leadership approach make her the ideal candidate to continue to build the culture of CSD. I am confident to transition leadership to Kelly and excited to step into my new role as executive chairman and to expand my focus on the Pedro Pallares Autism Foundation.”

“I’m already passionate about the Center for Social Dynamics, our people, and the clients we serve”, comments Bozarth. “For decades I have worked with learning organizations that serve people who learn differently. Coming out of the pandemic, we are all keenly aware of the benefits of learning in person and how critical CSD’s services are to helping children discover their full potential.”

“Our services help children and families form the social infrastructures needed to make positive gains in every area of life. The team at Center for Social Dynamics is deeply committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for every child while honoring the cultural dynamics of each family.” Kelly holds a B.S. from Missouri State and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
