Headquartered in Boulder, Colorado and founded by Brittany Warsing, MS BCBA, Rocky Mountain is a fast-growing applied behavioral analysis (“ABA”) services company specializing in home-based, personalized, evidence-based Autism Spectrum Disorder (“ASD”) treatment.

In connection with the acquisition, Rocky Mountain will benefit from CSD’s robust management team and infrastructural resources across numerous important focus areas including payor relations, information technology, clinical compliance, human resources, finance, revenue cycle management, operations, and business development. Brittany Warsing will remain with the platform post-close and assume the role of Senior Clinical Director of the Colorado Region for CSD.
